    Already bloated

    If I am already bloated and I take an anti-e, how long will it take to go away? A day, a week, a month, an hour? Wouldn't that be funny...take this pill and deflate like a popped balloon or like the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz.

    There are alot of factors. The biggest one being the time it takes for your body to rid itself of the bound and unbound estrogen that has built up in your system. Can't say how long that will take everyone is different. You won't deflate like a balloon, though

    You can unbloat with low carb diet as or with a diuretic.

    But the AI won't make you deflate.
