    21 with low testosterone

Got my blood-work back from the doctor and they said my testosterone was 209. What would be the average range for a man my age (21)? Are there things I could be doing that are lowering my test levels? I don't know what to do if there is a way to fix my condition without needing test injections the rest of my life I would appreciate your input.

there are a lot of things that effect testosterone ... and with a 209 and your age you probably stand the best chance at getting into a better/"normal" range.

what time of the day was the blood drawn?

Are you under more stress recently (it is exam time!)?

What does your diet look like?

    Alcohol consumption?

    Any Rx drugs or recreational?

HAve you done prohormones and/or steroids ?

2pm but that was about 8am for me since I work nights. Exams ended about a month ago stress isn't really an issue and I've never taken staroids.

You need to post up full bloodwork with ranges so we can take a look. Other than that it's just guessing.

I work over night from 8:30pm to 6:30am my diet it solid lots of fruits and vegetables. I get at least 8 hours of sleep. The doctor said test usually ranges from 200 to 1000, 200 being low. I don't really know anything else about it that's all I was told. I don't smoke, and I drink maybe three times a year. I exercise rarely. No sodas or fast food.

unfortunately, most docs know nothing about male testosterone therapy .

I would suggest you find an expert in your nearest city and consult them. you will save money, time and aggravation. been there, done that!
