Total T Level of 182?

21yr old my total T results came back at 182. Is that low?

Yes, considering the range is 348 - 1197. Need more history from you: prior cycle experience, prohormones, etc. Post your bloodwork here with ranges and let us take a look. Be sure to include LH & FSH levels We need to determine the root cause of your problem. Pituitary related, testical related, issues from a cycle, etc. And what did your doctor say btw?

My doctor sat there and said "i dont understand why your testosterone level is so low. I want you to retake the blood tests with a few more hormone tests added in. If they come back the same i ll be very surprised."

0 help whatsoever. Ive gone to 4 different doctors and have gone nowhere fast. WTF is up with American doctors?

BTW 0 cycle history. Im 5'7 190lbs about 18% bodyfat. I have no problem getting stronger or gaining muscle. My libido is just SHOT. Im in college, i dont want to live like this. If i cant get the treatment i can from my doctors, ive been reading up a lot of nolvadex can help stimulate testosterone . Is this something i can be looking to do on my own. TRT is my last resort. I really want to have kids.

Barring a pituitary issue or testical issue then no, no need for trt in most cases. Lets find out what the problem is. Sounds like you may need to find a new doc. Start with the Finding a TRT Physician Sticky at the top of the forum. Get a copy and post your BW for us. Don't jump on TRT. Who knows, it could be a thyroid issue or something else but you need that complete BW. And yes, there are alternative therapies that can help. But, it all hinges on your BW. Do nothing untill you can get complete BW please.

I forgot he said thyroid is fine. I'm not jumping on TRT. Its just frustrating i cant get any help.

wheres is the mecca of doctors i havent heard of any nation/nationality that was preferred

I got hospitalized in another country before lol while on vacation. Got to see a Doc, received the best care for the price of a big mac. Here in NY, i got 24 stitches on my hand and my insurance was charged $39,000. & we had to go to court to fight because the insurance company didnt want to pay. I ll never understand this amazing country we live in.

Your doc does not seem to be clued in to your situation as yet. He said that your thyroid is fine. Hopefully it is but you need to see the labs on it to make an informed decision. As you know, all docs aren't experts in all areas. Many will blow smoke up your ars instead of admitting to you they don't know something, IMO. Get the BW so we can see it.

Something is medically wrong with you...plain and simple.

You need a definitive diagnosis.

A man your age, who is still maturing, should not have levels this low...it screamingly points to pathology.

You need to find a Endo who understands and specializes in male hormone medicine and find one fast.

You need to 1) find out what is wrong with you i.e., Pituitary Tumor, and 2) get fixed.

Please find the right Doctor and don't wait.
