Variocele surgery and improved T levels

Hey, has anyone here actually had a variocele surgery or embolization and had improved testosterone improvements afterwards?

Basically, i posted a long bio about myself months ago, but the cliff notes are as follows:
    Total T around 450,
    Age 25,
    Large grade 3 varioceles
Little to NO libido, i only semi have a libido if i take herbs like gingko or maca, and even then it's small.
Low muscle mass, skinny arms and legs, fat stomach despite gym efforts.

So i found a variocele specialist in my area and reccomends that variocele surgery because my semen anaylysis turned out bad. I told him about my Testosterone levels and he thinks they are fine and he said he never heard of anyone having improved libido and he has seen evidence of testosterone improvements, but he said not to get the surgery if testosterone and libido improvements are what i want it for. He doesn't believe they will improve aftewards.

I've did a lot of research online, and i read a few studies that says testosterone raises around 150 ng after surgery, and i have read some anecdotal evidence of people claiming libido improvements. I was wondering if anyone on here has any stories to share about their variocele surgery?

Actually I've had both a varicocele and a hydrocele.. surgeries on both. I can't speak to my testosterone levels in either case but years after the second surgery I had a sperm analysis done cuz my wife and I were planning to have a baby and my sperm numbers were quite good. The urologist did say either could affect sperm quality but he said not to be too concerned.
