It's available through compounding pharmacies. No clue but it helps with joint pain so....

Kel, how long before you started noticing the effects?

It's gonna take a while at the low dose we run. Wild guess would be 8 weeks or so.

Okay, thanks. That's what I was thinking. Similar to the Cypianate ester and trt took about that long to help.

Testosterone Cypianate 60 mg every 4 days (105mg a week)
Nandrolone Deconate 60 mg every 4 days (105mg a week)
    400iu HCG twice weekly
    Vit D3 5000iu once a day
Third week update: Given the long ester attached to nandrolone I should not be noticing much at this point, but so far I have no negative effects or interference with the effects of trt. I will not do my next blood test until around the 8 week mark. However what I am noticing, is knee pain relief. Needless to say I am interested to see the long term effects.

I may have to try this to see if I can use it to replace my Fibromyalgia meds I started recently due to joint and muscle pain.

Given what they were trying to prescribe me for RA, even though they couldn't prove I have it, i see no harm in me going this route. I'll post my results as time goes on. Maybe it will help you make the decision.

    Kel,

You run the deconate ester right? Not npp?

Yes. Who wants to inject EOD long term. I simply add it to my twice weekly test injections.

12th week update. Knee pain, basically gone. Back pain, gone. Overall I feel better adding deca in to the protocol.

However I am still not dialed in. I had dropped my t dose to 120mg per week and test levels came back higher this past time.

    Test: 1500
    Estrogen: 57
    Hemacrit: 54.1%
    Egrf (kidney function): 36 low

The egrf I never tested before but is showing decreased kidney function. I am guessing from too high of a dose. Going to drop down further to 100mg a week deca and test cyp. HCG still 250iu twice weekly.

I could tell estrogen was getting high with symptoms. Deca seems to make those sides slightly worse but that was expected.

Anyone have any input on how to manage hemacrit and egrf? Is dropping my dose enough to correct this?

Giving blood and reducing your dose will help with hct.
    Neat link below on egrf:

Thanks Kel! Not understanding how lowering my dose, test and HCG , brought up test levels. Unless my script was more potent...

There's no guarantee that the same dose will always produce the same results. Our bodies change and fluctuations are to be expected.

Kel I don't know if you seen my other thread but just started getting ed. I am hoping it is just because I let dosing/estrogen levels get too high. But I do not have gyno, yet ed is bad. Is deca causing this? I've had high estrogen before without ed. Kinda scares me, deca has made me feel a lot better overall but obviously I need to maintain a sex life haha.

    Any suggestions?

It's horrible meeting a girl that I actually like and can't do anything about it. Yikes, haha

Thanks for all the help by the way.

To be clear libido is there, so this is ed only.

    Kel,

Given that my estrogen and prolactin levels have been higher before and not caused ed or sexual problems. How likely is it that the combination of deca converting to DHN and higher estrogen lead to ed. So I'm wondering if I kept e2 low enough I could continue deca use?

The aromasin I was using seemed to be difficult to keep e2 in check until I dosed every 12.5 hrs. My small doses of t and deca seem to do a lot more for me than they do most people. T was 1500 plus at 120mg per week.

Any recommendations? Does deca itself raise estrogen levels?
