Pre work out drinks and TRT

Hi guys. I have been on TRT since last October and since the very first injection I've been out if commission with a shoulder injury.

I had surgery and rehab and I'm finally cleared to go back to work (cop) and I can resume work outs. Needless to say, I'm thrilled that I can actually work our now again and while being on TRT.. Something I've never experienced to be able to work out with the optimal levels of testosterone !

My reason for the thread is that I used to use pre workout drinks, e.g. noXplode, Jack3D, etc..

While not on trt I'm sure they cause adrenal fatigue. I have yet to makes decision as to whether I want to use them or not.

Seeing that I'm on testosterone , will using a pre workout have any detriment to my testosterone levels since I'm injecting the test twice a week?

Stimulants won't affect your testosterone level when you are taking exogenous testosterone. Like you said, they can affect your adrenals, however.

Cool. So I can start a pre workout again and not have to worry about my test levels dropping

me too, I just switched to nexium and so far it's working great. I figured I would change it up every few months since nexium is OTC now.

I'm eating pretty clean now and even thought the heartburn has gotten a lot better if I don't take them it comes back. I eat a lot fish, chicken, rice is my main foods with fruits thrown in.
