    Need advice before appt tomorrow

Long story short, i was with lowt for treatment for almost 3 years. Im fully dialed in. When the new company took over, i dropped them. I still have a little bit of rx test left, then id planned on running ugl (i found one i trust).

Fast forward. Ive come to realize ive got high blood pressure. Ive monitored it for a few months and its consistently high. Mom dad and all grandparents had it.

My appointment tomorrow is for the blood pressure. However, i think it may be a good opportunity to speak with the dr about low t treatment. Then again, he may suggest the high bp is due to the test.

    What do i do?

Fyi, im only 31. If i were older, it wouldnt be a problem im sure. I was low due to sports injuries (not prior use).

Tell your doctor you take testosterone from diagnosed hipogonadism.

But, yes high BP can be from trt dosage too high, or h&h not managed.

    Hows your last bloodwork?

Bp was high prior to starting, ive just always denied it.

Last bloodwork was typical (dont have it in front of me). Test in the 900s, e2 (sensitive) was i believe low 20s. All blood counts and lipids were perfect. I donate blood regularly.

Every time ive had bp checked (even prior to trt) they commented on it being "a little high". I always countered with "i probably drank too much coffee", which was typically a lie. Im averaging 145/95 over the last 3 months

*to expand, prior to 3 months ago i never maintained a record of my bp. Every year for my trt appointment they commented on it being high, as well as my dental appointments and blood draws.

Well, if the bloods are this perfect, show it to the doctor.

Whats your bp just after you wake up?

Doc agreed, hes putting me on lisinopril (?) An ace inhibitor.

He's also keen to hormone replacement. Apparently its a big part of his clientelle. He looked at my blood work and doses, said hed like to do blood work since i havent had any since january and then he'll pick up my treatment.

    Good visit, id say
