    Best day/time to inject?

    I'm ready to inject my first dose; but I'm wondering if there's and protocol or advice on when. Would there impact positive or negative if I took it Sunday the day before I begin my weekly training or whether taking it Monday morning the day I start my weekly training?

    I assume its a long term goal thing so it matter but would rather get experienced advice

    I dont know what compounds you are running so there is no way to say. You need to list your cycle.

    Yes I guess that info would help....

    Just 200mg of Cyponiate every 14days.

    Cyp's half life is about 8 days. Inject half the dosage every four days. A nursing site, I saw, said to inject hormones at night. It seems easier to have a schedule and do it at the same time every day. I chose night.
