Low T, High T4, High AST, Rhabdo

Last time I had bloodwork done, I came back with low T, high T4, and high AST. I suffer from Rhabdomyolysis frequently during high intensity workouts after having a hospitalization a few years back from a bad case of rhabdo. I've been putting on weight and fat recently. With the combo of low T, high T4, and high AST, I am wondering if rhabdo is playing into this. The rhabdo causes the breakdown of muscle fibers into the bloodstream. It's been a constant battle getting good workouts going. I even run into it doing intense landscaping. The hot flashes are really killing me in addition to all of this.

Does anyone have an idea how these factors could possibly play together? Any help would be appreciated.

I was tested for hepatitis. Nothing. Had a CT scan and everything looked good. It normally comes on from intense exercises.
