Blood Results - Low Test, FSH - Second PCT?

Hello everyone,

I ran my first cycle (with deca , i know stupid)
Test: 500/mg week
Deca: 400/mg week
Arimidex :.5 EOD

PCT:
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex : 40/40/20/20

It is now 5 months after PCT, and my recent bloodwork shows:
Low test serum
Low FSH
Low E2
all lipid panels, glucose, etc. are within range

I am 22 years old and my doctor seems to think with time my levels will come back to normal. Should I listen to this and just wait it out or take a second PCT? If so, what kind of PCT?

Before cycle: 148lb

HCG during cycle?
Serms pharm grade?
