Test E went misty in vial. Why? Still useable?

Hi, so I have about 2ml left in a vial . I attempted to draw it into the syringe but kept getting loads of bubbles. I pushed it back in. Tried again, same. Pushed it back in. On third attempt I noticed the liquid had turned cloudy. I put it back in and used a fresh amp instead.
After a while the liquid had turned clear again. Though maybe not quite as clear as it was.

Is it ruined?
For the record I have been filling a 2ml vial with juice left over from my 250mg ampules.

I think you just foamed it up by drawing out and back in multiple times
