I ran osterine once, seemed like a boost but I'd rather stick to adding AAS with my TRT

Do you mean just increase the dose?

I've heard a few guys will double thier dose for 8-12 weeks and then just go back to normal dose.

Depending on what kind of cycle I'm running, I sometimes will increase my test dose

It's my fear that SARMS cause undue suppression of the HPTA that can't be calculated by medical professionals (and, by extension, not by us either). TRT is for good health. If you want to fuck with it, do what D-Dog said and increase test. At least you will have added a variable which posses a little more reliability than a little known substance which can only be found supplied by people who are trying to make money off of you and may not possess the (very expensive) capability of making it properly.
