Drug testing/pain mgmt

Guys gotta go see a new pain specialist. I have no problem with the drug testing however I am uncertain if I disclose my TRT.
It's all legit but I also have some Deca in my system, my fear is if I disclose the TRT that may trigger steroid testing and the Deca I can not legitimately explain.
Any thoughts?

He'd have to test for nandrolone specifically. He isn't going to do that.

I get tested every 3 months for the last 4+ years via pain management doctor, even during cycle. Nope, HRT and even Deca , Tren or xyz wont show up. it's only a pee test and they are looking for narcotics or amphetamines.

I dont even tell my GP because I know she is pretty much clueless about TRT and would freak out. Also with her I get about 3 or 4 blood test a year, cholesterol, liver function and the whole 9 yards. My TRT has never been an issue.

Ditto. Dont share anything you dont have to IMO. It's anyone's guess where your personal info will show up these days...

Just an update, had my apt today. After reviewing the contract I had to agree to and sign, one paragraph stated opiate usage my lower Testosterone levels and lead to irritability, lack of energy blah, blah blah. It continued to state you give the Dr to check your testosterone levels if they chose thru BW.
They were drawing blood for other things but as luck has it I pinned 2 days ago. Anyhow, figured I better come Clean, pointed to the paragraph and told her I was on Dr supervised treatment for 5 years now. She said don't worry about it, don't give it a second thought.
