TRT doc visit and cycle timing

Had my 90 day follow up and blood test with my TRT doc today, went smooth with no issues. Got her to give me daily cialis as well so that was a nice bonus.

I was planning to start a cycle this Sunday but she wants me to come in for my yearly physical in early January, so about a month.

I don't want issues with my blood test so I think it's best to push back the cycle? Planning to up my test and add tren at 50-100mg EOD as I usually do.

Is there anything I can be doing for this "downtime" to best prepare for the next blast?

Great time to take a week or so off and recuperate. Give your body a break. It really is a smart thing to do. Maybe use the search function and look for Marcus's thread on priming before a cycle.
