    TRT cycle help

hey all hopefully this is the right section to post this in.

Im 37 6' 220lbs and around 16% bf. I have done a few cycles in the past and ended up with low t. I think a reason was starting too young and never using any hcg not even sure if it was around back then.

Now Im on TRT from a Dr.

    200mg test c/week
    250iu hcg/week
    arimedex .5 2x/week

    I also take 4iu hgh a day.

I want to do a small cycle and want to make sure I do it right. My levels are all good now so don't want to screw that up.

I got some more test c, var, hcg, and arimedex.

I was looking at basically doubling everything. The test I got is 300mg/ml so would be as follows

    200mg test c every Monday
    250iu hcg every Monday
    1mg arimedx every Monday

    300mg test c every Thursday
    250iu hcg every Thursday
    1mg arimedex every Thursday

    50mg var ed
    4 iu hgh every day

I have enough var. for 14 weeks and same for everything else then I would go back to my TRT dose.

Does this look ok? Am I missing anything?

    I appreciate any help. Thanks

Actually it looks fine. My only concern is the amount of adex needed. Most on a 500 mg cycle use .25mgs eod and do fine. You are doing more of that on your TRT dose of 200 mgs per week. Maybe you're a preferential aromatizer? I'd probably start your adex at .5 eod to maintain consistency, assuming you actually need this much and most do not. This dose is only slightly less than what you planned but keeps more consistent levels.

Var is great stuff but you do not need it for 14 weeks. 8 is fine. It's the least toxic oral out there but with any AAS liver support should be run. Pick up some NAC and run it. It's a very healthy thing to do. All AAS, oral or injected eventually goes through the liver.

Do yourself a favor and get some basic blood work ahead of time. Normally a good idea to donate blood as well.

Damn, capsules suck but you do what you have to do. I'd be sure to pull some bloods at 6 weeks and see how you're doing, particularly with your E2.
Your 1305 serum T? When was BW pulled relative to your injection?

I know brotha. I hate them. all my source had though. Trying to find a new source thats legit. Hopefully I'm able too. way more non legit ones out there that I have seen.

My injection was Monday morning and I got the bw done on Thursday around noon.

Another question. I was thinking 50mg var ed. since I will be doing 8 weeks instead of 14 like you told me should I up the dose? This is the first time I would be using var so I'm really unsure of a good dose for me

Again thank you for your help

I was curious as test peaks in about 24 hrs or so then starts a slow decline. It gives you a gauge. Consider twice per week injections. Be healthier and you can maintain the same levels with less T, meaning less RBC and E2 issues. Maybe try 75 mgs x 2 per week. You'll have steadier levels as opposed to peaks and valleys every week. Plus you'll bank some test which never hurts.

I think 50 mgs is just fine. No need to over do it. Save the rest for later. Re NAC go with 2400 while on the oral, even though it's minimally hepatotoxic. Then 1200 after that, imho. Love var. I'm currently running only 20 mgs per day helping to rehab an injury and feel it.
