Hey guys thanks for the help in advance, i am 22 years old, never touched any form of steorids, been training 3 years, almost 4, made decent gains, but not as much as everyone else, i put that down to people having better genetics and or steroid use , i thought fuck it, i love this shit, why not benefit more and use steroids , so i got blood work done, to which to my surpise, my testosterone levels came back at 11nmol/l which is a little under 346 ng/dl , im no expert but im sure this is low? My doctor tells me its normal, but then again, hes the biggest tw*t you could ever possible meet, please help someone

im no expert but id say start using test every two weeks 250mg and get blood work after a while, check where your levels are and adjust if you need less to keep your test levels where they would be at the edge of natural levels not supraphysiological, monitor and experiment your self, fu** the doctor

    Story of my life mate.

Get a bigger picture of whats going on if you suspect t is an issue.
    LH
    FSH
    oestradial/e2
    Total testosterone
    Free testosteron
    SHBG
    Prolactin

This will give you more insight into whats going on. Are you from the uk? If so, good luck getting the nhs to even allow you to get blood tests for testosterone. I personally had to go private at age 18.

Do not cycle or start pinning test until you know whats going on. And even when you do, do it properly through a doctor.

Let us know how you get on.

Lose fat, eat healthy, do bw again. 346 ng/dL is not that bad. Be sure you are in the 300'sh next 6 months o even more prior to start trt.

Be sure to obtain a full thyroid panel as well. Hypothyroidism causes hypogonadism.

can you go to a GP and ask for your blood work to be taken?

EDIT: i've just seen MediCheck, what price plan do you normally go for?

I would highly recommend not self medicating. You should got though the above steps outlined.

Youre going through exactly what i went through. I got banned fron using nhs blood tests so had to use medichecks.

I perhaps jumped the gun a little because if you complain enough and say the right things you generally will get accepted on the nhs.

If you check all avenues and youre certain its a t issue. Private might be the only option.

If it gets to that stage. Pm me and ill give you his details. I got on nebido after trialing clomid for a few months. The nhs actually took over costs of treatment and blood tests because my doctor wrote to them and explained my situation.

I am seeing a private specialist who prescribed me what i wanted and im paying 0 for it lol...

Trt is a big commitment. Be 110% that injecting a hormone is the only route before you embark upon it. Injecting for the rest of your life isnt something to take lightly, especially at our age

Thanks mate, i will not be self medicating until i have spoken to a doctor, doctors in uk are sh*t arent they, where abouts you from? I am looking to use steroids at some point because i know my dream physique is not possible with out, but if i could get my testosterone sorted then there are some gains right there, iv mad good gains still over the years with suspected low test, all depends how accurate medichecks are, i have test cyp ready, but dont want to use until a doctor has tested me

Ok , I'll just say it since others aren't, who told you , your 12% bodyfat.
My wife thought she was 13% we got it tested she was pissed to find out shes 20%..

Not saying your aren't but there are alot of factors for a single blood test that shows low..

Don't just jump on.. You may regret it later in life..

Im from central scotland mate. I made the trip a few times to doncaster and back to get treatment and see my doc. Defiently worth it.

I had testosterone sittinf looking at me for a long time but i resisted the urge to pin it.

Think about it, if you start pinning testosterone... if you want to do it properly through medical proffessionals, it could delay the process.

Make absoultely sure testosterone is the issue before you start. Anf makr sure you get prescribed whatever you pin mate. Worth is in the long run

Look at what hallow said, i would also point out you're not as low as you think and may need to look more into what could be bringing down those levels that low.

Don't try to get into TRT just because you're not where you think you should be...

    >edit
nvm. just read the thread clearly..

I feel numbers are numbers when it comes to this . If it’s very low , then Co wider reaching out . If you have semi decent numbers and feel like garbage get blood work and speak to a doctor on what it can be . Low normal is always something to look into though .
