50 mg testo 2 times per week.

Testo levels normal.

Estradiol 57

I am using arimidex 0.25 mg. 2 times a week.

Stop using the Arimidex. You shouldn't need to control E with the reasonable amount and protocol for TRT that you are using. Guys need E too. Without it, you may experience symptoms similar to low T and worse yet, a bad case of ED. Also, E is needed for normal GH secretion. When GH decreases you begin to have soft tissue injuries more easily.

Exactly what Youthful said. Arimidex is an anti-estrogen. You don’t want to have zero estrogen. I’d recommend proviron or if you need something stronger then nolvadex
