Hello to all experienced forum gurus, my Hcg ampoule is 5,000 ui , I want to get the dose of 250 ui Hcg.
I'm going to need to buy a 20 ml container bottle to do the storage and buy bacteriostatic water.
A syringe is also to measure 10 ml of bacteriostatic water and mix with my Hcg.

Following a simple logic, I will now have in the container 5,000 ui of Hcg diluted in 10 ml.
Therefore, 1 ml = 500 ui . A 1 ml syringe for subcutaneous injection.

As 1 ml = 500 ui , I will need only 0.5 ml to obtain my 250 ui of Hcg.

I'm having the reasoning that my Hcg is 5,000 ui

So to make Bacteriostatic Water, I'll need:
2 ml of water to, plus 0.04 of benzyl alcohol
(To measure this minimum amount of 0.04 ml, I will use an insulin needle.
What will be equivalent to 4 ui of benzyl alcohol, so I will be able to store Hcg without any risk of bacterial proliferation, what do you guys think ??

I mix 2ml with 5000iu and shoot 1/10th ml 2x per week....
I used to anyway.
Recipe for bac water is around somewhere but I never bothered. Only like \$8 for 30ml

It will keep 12 weeks.
People have long argued the time it takes it to deteriorate and it doesnt go bad all at once. It may be slightly less strong after 12 weeks but still does its job.

6. You can buy a cheap pregnacy test and take a few hundred ml of water and add a drop of mixed hcg .
It will still trip the pregnacy test as positive for a long long time after it is mixed.

That is why for the rest of the mixture does not spoil it separates 250ui in several syringes of insulin of 1ML and freezes everything, so according to the need to use strip freezer, wait about 30 to 40 minutes to fully unfreeze and can already do the application

I am not undestanding the question.
Do not freeze hcg. It is fragile. Just refrigerate at 40° F.

It will stay good as long as it will take you to use it dosing it at 500iu per week

I did not want to mention freezing, just to get some ice out of the syringe. But not freezing, you know?

12. Do you think it would be good for me to apply my 500 ui Hcg on Monday and Friday, brother?
Hearing that the half-life of Hcg is 3-4 days, while the half-life of LH is only 1-2 hours. Considering this difference in excretion time, it is best to spacing each Hcg dose between at least 3-4 days for better replication of tops and valleys at concentrations ?

500iu is equivalent to about 30.2 taco steaks

26. Estou ciclando propionato de testosterona com Acetato de trembolona . Por isso estou , usando o HCG intra ciclo . Assim sendo 500 ui de HCG por semana . Eu aplico 250 ui de HCG na Segunda Feira e 250 ui de HCG na Sexta Feira .

Very different from Portuguese, there are many terms in English that I can not understand.

30. Mix 2ml bacteriostatic water with 5000iu

This will be 10 units on a slin pin and it will give you 250iu per 10 ticks on slin pin.

Store in fridge. Draw what you need and put vial back in fridge before it reaches room temp.

Will last 12 weeks

Olhe Tio compra 10ml de água bacteriostática, mistura com 5000ui de HCG e guarda na geladeira, e você tem 0.5cc é de 250ui. Pode usar 0.5 às segundas-feiras e 0.5 às quintas-feiras e se quiser 500ui pode usar 1ml às segundas-feiras e 1ml às quintas-feiras é muito simple, matemática primária heh

You need to purchase STERILE bacteriostatic water suitable for injection. DO NOT attempt to make it yourself. It's dirt cheep and readily available on the internet. Attempting to make it yourself is dangerous. Enough said

Regarding dilution. You do not need to make it so dilute. I make up my stock solution at 1000 IU/mL. In your case, take the 5,000 IU amp and draw it up with 1 mL of sterile bacteriostatic water (BSW) under very clean conditions and transfer it to a 5 ML empty sterile vial. Repeat the procedure 1 or 2 more time to ensure you have it all. Then add a sufficient quantity of BSW to bring the total volume up to 5 mL. You now have a stock solution at 1000 IU/mL.

To calculate the volume in mL you need, simply divide the amount you want by the concentration. In this case, 250/1000 = 0.25 mL of the stock solution needed. That's 25 units on an insulin syringe. This is a much easier volume to handle subQ than you more dilute solution.
