    Just got my gh.....I'm a little confused on how to preserve it....Does the whole kit need to stay refrigerated or just the final mixed solution?

    ive heard they half to be refrigerated at all times.

    Prior to reconstituting, it's a good idea to keep it refridgerated. After reconstituting, keep it refridgerated for sure.
