Simple question, does HCG have an effect on natural GH levels?
Simple question, does HCG have an effect on natural GH levels?
I'll assume that's not a typo....you mean HCG not HGH.....if so, no it doesn't.....HCG causes indirect feedback inhibition on the pituitary, but this affects LH and not GHOriginally Posted by Bouncer272001
No it's not a typo. The only reason I ask is that I found a profile that marked up HCG as a GH stimulator. I know it was only one profile, but I thought it would be worth asking.
I see what you mean. I automatically assumed in a negative way. Theoretically, although not likely to be at all significant, a high dose of LH, which will induce a test spike, can cause a slight increase in GH. However, it's consistently elevated androgen (and likely estrogen) levels that elevated GH production is associated with, like a cycle of test. the short-lived boosts of test caused by HCG would do little to nothing.Originally Posted by Bouncer272001
Thanks for the feedback!
