Hey Mr Einsein, how much insulin is supposed to be taken on non workout days, and should i use it at the same time i usually take it after my workout?

no, If you take it on non-workout days, then take it in the morning right when you wake up. There is no "set" dose to take either. Sounds like you need to research it a little more before you start
