10mM HCL /100mM acetic acid

Hi,

I have both of them and wonder how one would proceed making them.
If any has done it I don´t need research my chemistry books and calculator.

You already have them both at those concentrations, or you have stock solutions of each? Either way, you'll want to have a 0.22 micron syringe filter or two.....o.45 will work too.

As for the acetic acid, I don't know what I was thinking there.
Stock acetic acid (glacial) is 17M, so 100mM is 0.588% glacial acetic acid, and the rest sterile water. Once you have it mixed, pass it through a syringe filter and you're ready to use it to reconstitute



I'd just go with HCl

It should sting pretty good, but that's just what you'll reconstitute with.....when you actually inject, you should draw up add'l water to dilute it. Sorry about that
