Depends on your age, sex, size, etc. Usually 2 IU's is enough to burn fat and 4 to 5 IU's is enough to grow muscle. Yes you need clomid after taking test and you should have nolvadex for while you're taking test.

1 injections of 4iu's 8am-2pm or 2 injections of 2 ius spread out?

I can't 2pm because of work restrictions. I'm currently doing just 2iu at 6.30am then training at 7.30am. When I start my next AS cycle I want to increase to 4iu so could I add the other 2iu in PWO at say 9.30am?
