LR3 IGF-1 and carbs.
I try to keep carbs to a minimum in my diet to help with fatloss, I start my first IGF run on monday and want to clarify:
What is the bare minimum recommended carb intake on IGF?
When to ingest in relation to shots?
Fast or slow burning?
Thanks guys.

REDBARON...did you run slin with it,if so did you have to lower the slin dosage because of the increased insulin sesativity IGf produces.

Thanks RB, I was only playing.
One other thing that you might be able to shed some light on: recently I have been having alot of headaches, could this be GH related blood glucose levels?
Thanks bro,

Thanks again RB!
Yeah, I suspected it was probably BG related. I will slowly increase my carb intake and monitor the results, I was just reluctant to do it unless there was some merit to it but it seems there is.
I start the IGF today, 50mcg split bilaterally PWO ed - I'll keep you informed.

Just got back from working chest and injected 25mcg in each pec, got a funny taste at the back of my throat just after.
I added a scoop or oatmeal to my PWO dex & whey to ensure BG doesn't drop off too quick. Will have another dex & whey shake in 30 mins.

Day 3: My appetite has gone through the roof, is this normal?
Question for RedBaron, JohnnyB and anyone else who has run IGF:
How much protein per lb of lbw did you guys consume?
I am eating 400g a day, should I up it? I'm 6'2" 245lb 18% bf (guess)
I think I've overdone the carbs a bit so far, I think I may cut back to 150g on workout days and 50g on off days, what do you guys think?

Hey RB, how's it goin'?
I've tweaked my carbs on off days up to 75g, all slow burning, 25g 1 hour before IGF, 25g 1 hour after IGF and 25g 2 hours after that.(All with 50g protein) I did run at 50g carbs but I felt like I might be going slightly hypo by lunchtime (slightly dizzy at first then I almost fell asleep at the wheel - scary) so I added in the third serving of carbs which seems to have done the trick.
I don't want to sound like one of those "I'm 3 days into my first cycle, when will the test kick in?" type of guys but how long were you on the IGF before you started to notice the bf reduction?
Have you ever tried running IGF longer than the often quoted 25 days? Depending on results I'm toying with the idea of 6 weeks.
Thanks for all your help so far bro,
NotSmall.
