In regards to Insulin use.... I will assume that the insulin you choose has given you the greatest results.
Regular acting Insulins - ie.Humilin R -
Fast Acting Insulins - ie.Humalog
Slow Acting Insulins

Fast is the way to go, unless you are a pro. I hear they do a combo of fast and long lasting, but that sounds too dangerous for me. Humalog IM PWO.
i've also heard of many people using longer acting insulin before a workout in a small dose to increase pumps, then use a faster acting like humalog PWO for the glycogen replenishment. I have witnessed this practice 3 times, and it seems slightly dangerous, but worthwhile if you know your body well enough and are on a good cycle!
humalog shot IM is all ive done, but i liked it...its onset and peak occur quickly, and it clears in 2 hours or so...that way you dont have to worry about going hypo as long

I like Humulin-R and had good results with it gained 24lbs in 30 days, now i am using Humalog adn will tell you at the end of my 30 days![]()
