    hgh and food

    hi all ,

    I just started my kits of hgh and test. I was wondering what kind of diet you follow for best results? are you eating very clean, somewhat clean. i have read of people eating like **** and still making gains!? if anywho has a previous thread about this topic please attach thanks . Z
