Novorapid timing.

I have some humalog on the way but until then my buddy has sorted me out with some Novorapid. I'm going to start next week PWO with my IGF. RedBaron gave me some good pointers for humalog timing / amount of carbs per iu etc, will this be the same for Novorapid?

SEE if this help u,
the onset of action occur within 10-20 minutes of injection,
maximuneffect is exerted between 1 and 3 hours after injection,
the duration of action is 3 to 5 hours..
with this u can figure it out...

Yeah I found some other stuff on the subject and it seems that the activity of novorapid is very similar to humalog so I'll go with:
PWO 4ius novorapid + 50mcg LR3 IGF-1
5 mins after shot - 28g dex, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine
15 mins after shot - 90g whey
60 mins after shot - 40g whey, 150g chicken breast, 100g oatmeal

Sound OK guys?
