To wait or not to wait

When taking in PWO shake should one divide dex and protein in seperate shakes? or can they be consumed together immediately after PWO slin injections? I know on some boards people mix together whereas it seems guys here at AR seperate Dex and Pro by 10mins or so.

I personally would have to say it is a matter of preference...to each his own.JMO

i personally take my shot and immediately take my dex,glute,creatine.and then 5-10min later,when i walk to my car i drink my protien shake.i think the reason for waiting is absorbsion time

Take the glutamine/dex/creatine immidietly after your injection, 15 min later have a protein shake.
