    Which muscles...IGF ?

I've been using 50mcg, sub-q , morning /night but thought I might try IM, bilateral and compare.

If in the tri's...outside or inside head, bi's same thing, legs...well lots to choose from there. Does the IGF spread out or does it affect only the particular muscle injected into ?

    Any feedback is appreciated.

    Type in BUMP.

I only ever shoot IM with IGF and target either the muscle group I just worked or problematic areas.

You don't have to inject chest and shoulders and tris on that day, pick whichever is lagging most and hit that bodypart bilaterally (both left and right)
