    IGF-1 mcg = how many HGH IUs (conversion)

    Can anyone post a conversion of IGf-1 to HGH..ie how many IU of HGH = 20mcg of IGF-1.

    examples

    1 IU hgh = ?mcg of IGF-1 and so on

    1iu GH = 6-8mcg IGF...so i read

    well if 1 iu of IGF = 20 mcg then wouldn't 1 iu of anything = 20 mcg's IGF ??

    1iu of igf doesnt equal 20mcg..atleast in my conversions...10iu = 20mcg...for every IU of GH there is btwn 6-8mcg of IGF conversion in the liver

    No wonder my joints/back hurt so much. Right out of the gate I was doing 2 IU of HGH and 40mcg of IGF-1. I am still recovering from this!
