Im about to start the igf this week or next monday but i just have a few questions before i do.
1) mixing igf.... im sorry for the 1st question being dumb- but if i want to use vinegar i'd need to use BW with it too correct? also... how much of each..... in cc's?
2) I'll be doing PWO shots - bi-lateral - and on my days off im going to shoot it in a muscle of my choice. (is there any benefit to shooting in the stomach? fat-loss...to bring out the abs?)
3) directly after my shot i'll be having a high carb/high protein shake - and about 2 hours later im going to have a pasta meal (whole wheat pasta) - should this be enough to keep the hypo away?
I can't think of anything else right now..... but if i do - i'll be sure to post it upI swear this will be the last time i ask these questions
