insulin with igf-1?

i am planning on doing a cycle of igf-1 lr3, shooting twice daily @ 30mcg along with anabolics, i'am wanting to add sum insulin too, i usuall shot slin once in the morning and once post training.
Has any one used insulin twice daily with igf-1 with good results or is it best
to use post training only?
wouldn't it fight for receptors?
Is it ok to shoot slin with igf-1 same pin or at diff time altogether?

IMO, I would shoot the slin IM also, to speed the window of activity. This way you wont have to wory about fat intake and HYPO symptoms as long.

i have done it both ways but IM onset is too fast,it takes me 45min to get home to have my ppwo meal.and if i get stuck in traffic im screwed.i have tried haveing a second shake but i prefer a good meal for my ppwo meal.im ok with waiting 4hrs to go back to eating fat.im not eating much fat anyway since im bulking now

so you's would just use the insulin post work out and not twice daily?
i have sum ba and sterile water which do you think would be best to add to the pin before igf-1 to make sure everythings out of the pin, cheers
