igf help

i use igf gensci

now i mixed 30ml BW^with 3.6ml white vinegar(5%) as recommended.
i use 50 mg mor and 50 evening!
is this ok concerning the mixture??
is it really more effective as mixing it with the water in the kit or bw alone ?????

I done see how but since I've never used it, I can't say for sure

the vineger gives it a more proper ph level to get the full benifits.your ratios are off a bit..88%bw and 12%viniger gives you the proper acidic level
