    arginine&ornithine

    have you ever heard that arginine and ornithine can be effective in the slin cycle?. a bb who has won several titles in our country told my friend "when you're in slin, take arginine and ornithine together." i don't know it's helpful or useless.....? tomorrow i'll talk with my friend about the dosage and what it does.....

    so what about the creatine, it should be in the cycle? next time i will get it definetely. guys tell me " no man forget it, it's useless, it's for energy in the workout" but i tell them "no it's also helpful for mucle volumizing with insulin" am i wrong???

    That combination helps natural hgh secretion if taken on empty stomach before bed.
