I have been asking alot of questions from peopl in the gym about hgh. here are some of the things I have heard and cant tell if they are tru false or fall under certain conditions. DO NOT POST IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT PLEASE!
1.Hgh opens up your growth plates to allow you to grow taller if you do not work out. Since your muscles do not contract it allows the bone to get bigger in size. Rumor or Truth?
2. If you are not at a point where you are not getting bigger you should not take it due to waste of time and money. (Typical steroid rule but....what the guy was saying was that you should do other steroids in the meantime that hgh really wouldnt do anything)
3.HGH cuts as well as bulks and that on it everything will grow bones, mucles, strength.
4. You should typically take longer than a 6 week period due to body adjusting to it by the time your 6 weeks is up that once your body gets used to it you pretty much done and it basically screws with your body without the results that should come of hgh.
