How long after slin should you avoid fats?

Is two hours a sufficiant amount of time to wait to injest fats? Assuming that humalog is used.

Fats should be avoided for the amount of time that Insulin is active in your body. With Humalog, you should be right to eat fats about 3 - 3.5hrs after injection.

2 hours before, 3 hours after. Find if I take it any other time than after training it makes me fat.
