going on my second week of of gh(jino) my results so far are ok. I havent gained weight but my strength seems to be getting better ( was able to do 225 like 3-4 times now i am doing 245 5times. plus my knee feels like it healed itself over night(no more pain). My appetite is still poor, diet is good but prolly not eating enough. can only imagine what will happen on my 6th month
