you can buy humulin R over the counter at the pharmacists discretion, but humalog you cannot.
And humalog/novarapid is the way to go. The faster the better!
Depends on goals. Guys who carb load choose humalin, if you want to simply restor glycogen as fast as possible...humalog.Quote:

Yes, Humulin R can be bought at your pharmacy, although the pharmacist may question you quite a bit.....my suggestion is to look at Canadien pharmacies for Humalog...It's readily available and does not need a script....
