    i just did one this morning too cuz no training tonight....still nothing

    Some times it takes 3 days or even 1 week that's really body type
    deppendent, in my case I was feeling the FX in the 2nd day when I
    was working out, the sick pumpings were hurting me.

    Do your injection after you train, if you want to do one in the morning split the dose. Mkae sure you're getting 2.5-3x your body weight in protein.
