ok this is gonna be my first run with IGF. im currently on a 1000mg/week test E 500mg/week of deca. i got 2mg of IGF coming but i cant decide how to run it . what do u guys think?
50 days @ 40mcg/day
or
25 days @ 80mcg/day
or
33 days @ 60mcg/day
i cant decide hoiw to run it. ive heard to run the 50 days and ive also heard run the 33 day one. im leaning towards the 33 days @ 60mcg/day.oh i will be incorporating slin starting at 6 i.u/day PWO and 12.5-25 mcg/day of t3.

How long is your cycle? I'm in a similar situation and I'm running 40mcg for 25 days with a 4 week break and then 40mcg for 25 more days. Both runs will be in a bulker and then right into a cutter, and one more 25 day run during pct after the 8 week cutter.

if its your first time with igf why not try a 25 day 40mcg cycle 4 weeks off and another 25 days at 40mcg.
it will give you a chance to assess your results.
Not to hijack or anything but does anyone know what kinda diet you should/must eat while running IGF is it the same as Insulin... I havent seen anything on it yet!
well i took my first shot today of igf. i decided to go with the 60mcg/day for 33 days. i took 30mcg in each tricep PWO. ill start a journal tomorrow to keep everyone updated
