Some Questions??

Hi everyone im a noob hgh guy.. going on hgh cycle in about 2 months so im planning ahead of time.. ok ive asked around and some people say if u want it to cut u take it before u work out and as a daily thing and if u want to use it as a bulk cycle u take it before bed eod.. true ? and also i wanna add insuline.. and whats with it cutting up ur abs.. people keep sayin it'll rape ur belly and give u an awesome 6 pack.. true? and yeah anyone know of where i can read up info on growth hormone? .. thnx guys appreciate it..

ya u dont wanna take it right b4 bed because it may cause your natural HGH release to hinder... your body naturally releases it a few hours after going to bed...
