Slin length
I'm planing to do slin twice a week pwo for 6 weeks.
6 weeks does it too long?
And 2 times a week does it enough or it's better to do 3 times/w?
And the last question: does it fine to do injection in continued days like monday, tuesday, wednesday or it's better to do it like monday, wednesday, friday?
Thanks for your help!

how often do you workout a week?
you should use it after every workout for 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.
use a short acting insulin as humalog or actrapid.
use it i.m. as this shortens the duration time of the slin.
start at 4iu and work you're way up to max 10iu.
just increase by 1iu a day.
use the rule of 10 gr. dextrose for every 1iu of slin.
watch youre fat intake while slin is active.

Thanks for your reply rodge,
I train 5 times a week...
you're saying that I need to use after every w/o so 5 times a week?
I was planing to start with 4 ui an then increase to 6 ui and keep it, do you think 6ui is too low?
If I start with 4 ui does it too much to increase each time by 2 ui? like 4,6,8,10.

you can use it 5 times a week but don't go over 4 weeks, some do 6 but i rather play it safe.
just bump it up by 1iu a day cause it can make a big difference slin is a very powerful hormone.
and for as high you wanna go depends on how you feel but 10iu is common, some go as high as 15iu some stick with 4-5 iu just make sure that when you up the dose increase the dex.
when you come to the point that you stick with the amount of slin in my case 10iu i slowly decrease the dex until i've got enough to prevent me from going hypo and not so much its gonna make me fat.
don't forget to monitor yo're bg level.

Thanks for your comment man!
So for you 5 times a week is fine!
If I said that I plan to do it 6 weeks is because I'm doing a short cycle 2 on 2 off and once again 2 on 2 off, so if I do slin for 6 weeks it will cover my time on AAS!
For you it better to do slin for 6 weeks or to do it the time I'm on like 2 on 2 off 2 on end then off?
Your comments are welcome

i dont think short cycles are the way to do it. especialy not if youre doing 2 weeks on 2weeks off.
not enough time to recover cause it takes about 3-4 days before bloodlevels to drop then you got 10 days to recover and then youre back on.
not worth anything imho.

Insulin is usually ran 4 weeks ON, then the same amount of time OFF and so on... But in your case you could easily run Insulin for 6 weeks or even longer if you are only going to use it 2 x p/week. It really doesn't matter how many times p/week you use Insulin, but my recomendation is to use it on training days only PWO. Using Insulin "x" amount of days in a row would make no difference to using Insulin ED or EOD. If you are going to be using Insulin anymore than 4 x p/week, then just to be on the safe side of things, I would not use it for any longer then 4 weeks in a row, then the same amount of time off as mentioned above. You could probably get away with using it for 5 - 6 weeks in a row even, but that is the absolute max. I usually run Insulin 5 weeks ON/OFF Good luck.

thanks Gear for your comments those are helpful...
I'm gonna do what you said, 4 times a week for 6 weeks!
Just to be sure... like I said I train 5 times a week so in my case do you think it will be too much to do 5 times a week for 6 weeks?
