I just recently started taking GH, this is my first time. I started out at 2iu/day i intend to go up to 4iu/day, how long do i wait before i bump it up?

I bumped up an iu per week. Some go even slower if sides start and then it is recommended increases only bu 1/2 an iu.

so after 1 week bump up to 3 if sides don't get bad. How long does it take for the sides to come?

I had sides right away, but they passed quickly(arms falling asleep). Others don't notice sides until weeks later. Each person is different.

I agree with Toolman entirely...I suggest going up 1 IU per week...I also had sides pretty quickly but they subsided after time......
