    New here, just a question. 5 on 2 off

    What is the reasoning behind this? Is it just to save money or is there an actual medical reason?

    Mostly to save money as ruuning HGH 5/2 can be just as beneficial as running it ED. Surely there is difference in 5/2 and ED, but most people seem to be getting satisfying enough results when running HGH 5/2. So this way you get good results and save money too.

    does 5/2 mean that you take two days off in a row or do you do something like every third or fourth day?

    5 days in a row ON, then 2 days in a row OFF.

    It also depends on your dose too. For example, you could do 2iu's ed for a total of 14ius per week. Or 3iu's 5/2 split for a total of 15ius per week. So its in the numbers...

    If you want to keep your IGF-1 levels up (the reason for taking HGH) use it every day.

    here i am thinking $2.70 per IU is enough to make me go broke and your paying $10 and IU.....
