Wrong, in fact quite the opposite. There have been studies by some guy named Greg Farhy,Phd at the Naval Medical research Institute that it has actually benefited onset diabetes. IFG-1 reduces the dosage of type 1 diabetics. HGH helps all organs and the pancreas is included.. However, on the flip side there were concerns that it may increase the incidence of diabetes. Reason is that HGH effected insulin and metabolism of glucose which would make people insulin resistant. Some studies by Bengtsson(a pioneer) did show insulin resistant after 6 weeks but after 6 months of treatment returned to normal. Remember the more fat one (obesity) has the more likely they will have diabetes and HGH helps by removing abdominal fat therefore induces greater insulin sensitivity.

Hey I just got done reading an article on MSN.com about anti aging products and GH came up. It says that acording to a 2002 study in the journal of the american medical association
"of more than 120 men and women noted significant adverse effects in those given hGH, including a higher rate of diabetes and glucose intolerance."
So I guess its all about which study you want to have faith in.
