    IGF is like fine wine....

    Seems it gets better with age.

    Just wanted to share I have had some IGF for over a year in the freezer, just started using the rest of it.

    It is definetly still good, the funny thing is, it seems much more effective than the last time I tried it. Pumps are crazy, had to stop on my second set of preacher curls last night my arms got so pumped. Veins have started sticking out big time in my chest, delts, and arms.
