Long R3 IGF-1....is this brand injectable?

I found it on a research site. It is 1mg/ml at 10ml. It needs to be stored at 4 degrees Celcius, and is shipped overnight on ice. It doesnt say anything about wether its injectable or not, and I didnt know if I should post the site. What do you guys think?

Its injectible, and if it was oral Im sure it would say so. Oral IGF was recently released.
