There's no need to do anything in particular like with slin, but I do strongly recommend taking the IGF1 LR3 right after you workout and then have a post workout shake with protein and a couple scoops of dextrose....You can go hypo with IGF, but it's nothing like with slin.....Your hunger levels are likely to go up dramatically with IGF (at least mine did) so take advantage of that by increasing your protein and complex carb intake....
