    how much igf-1 lr3?

    ok this is just an estimated guess

    but in consideration of this diet
    300g CLEAN complex carbs
    300g Protein (whey/casein - 60%/40%)

    a training routine of one day lift, one day off, next day lift, next off
    cycling workouts of all upper body pushing, all legs, all upper body pulling

    for someone whose 21yrs old,
    has been training for 5 years
    average base genetics (a rather even split of ectomorphic and endomorphic traits)

    how many mcg/day would you suggest would be possible to gain around 10lbs lean muscle and for how long?

    i just read somewhere that igf-1 lr3 can add about a 1lb LBM/week

    think this might be true?

    Have you done any AAS cycles? That would be alot easier/cheaper.
