I've read where lots of guys say its **** near impossible to put on fat while on igf-lr3 even with a bulk diet. so my question is, woudl this be a good cycle to do over the summer with a bulk diet and not have to worry about gaining fat, then do a test cycle over winter? thanks

thats great, i know what i'm doing for a month of this summer then. would it be ok to do some cardio like two times a week cuz i love running in the summer or would this effect my results. i will be pissed if i get fat mid summer though :bath:Quote:

Yeah or if your really wanting to use it to gain in bulking maybe use it as part of your PCT - this will not only rip off a bit of fat but it will help you keep a lot of size unlike any other PCT. As for Cardio go for your life just remember to watch your diet and train hard.

People are getting leaner while bulking strong on igf so it's not complete bs...
